Most Mephisto models fit normal to wider feet. The lengths are true to size. Mephisto shoes generally do not come in different widths, but some models do come in either regular or narrow width. We have indicated those models in the listings. Please note that the Mephisto narrow is almost a regular width. Some models are cut particularly full in the width, and those models have also been noted in the listings.
